Baby Born After Mom And Dad Die

NEW YORK – A ‘miracle’ baby was born in New York after his mom and dad were killed in a car accident.

The 21 year old parents were on route to the hospital to deliver their first child when another driver slammed into them at an intersection in New York.

The impact of the crash was so severe, both young parents died. Paramedics decided to bring the baby into the world prematurely at the site of the crash.

The new born sustained serious injuries and was rushed to the nearest hospital where he is in stable but critical condition.

New York police is still investigating how the accident occurred. Both the driver of the BMW that hit the couple’s car, and a passenger fled and are being sought, police said.

Police say other individuals were injured as well but did not specify if those are pedestrians or other people in the vehicles.

The young couple, who remains anonymous for privacy reasons, was using a taxi service to drive them to the hospital.
