Mariah Carey New Judge On X Factor?

HOLLYWOOD – If Simon Cowell gets his wish, contestants will have to face Mariah Carey as a new panel judge on the reality talent show American X Factor.

Now that 3 former judges have but been Xd (pun intended) from the show, including Steve Jones, Nicole Scherzinger and on Tuesday Paula Abdul, a seat is open on the X Factor judging panel that is waiting to be filled by yet another ‘emotional flake’.

Who Better Than Mariah Carey?

Over the years she’s proven time and again that she’s deserving of that title; although props to the gal with the misplaced attitude, she can sing.

And reportedly, Simon Cowell has been wanting the attention hungry diva to sit next to him on the show since 2010. Carey had to turn down that request at that time because she was due to pop out a set of twins at any time.

No word though on whether or not she’s accepted Cowell’s invite this time. Although judging from her recent weight loss commercial, we wouldn’t be surprised she’ll be sitting in Abdul’s chair come next X Factor season.
