Whitney’s ‘Son’ Shares In Fortune

HOLLYWOOD – Nick Gordon will get his share of Whitney Houston’s fortune, even if she did not name him in her will.

The 22 year old was never officially adopted by the late singer but Houston told everyone who wanted to hear that she considered Nick as her son.

Despite Whitney squandering most of her assets while she was alive, allegedly there is 27 million dollars of her estate remaining, which is growing rapidly because of the huge increase in record sales world wide since her death.

Whitney’s family has made it clear that even if all the money is going to 18 year old Bobbi Christina, Nick can count on inheriting a portion.

Insiders say Gordon always called Whitney ‘Mama’ and he was like a ‘real’ brother to Bobbi Christina.

Whitney took Gordon in during his teen years to keep him out of trouble. She didn’t really succeed with that quest. In 2011, he was arrested in Roswell, Georgia for possession of weapons.

Nick was accused for pulling a gun in public to end a fight that took place between Bobbi Christina and her ex boyfriend.

That same night Bobbi was also arrested for drinking alcohol while still a minor.

A source said: “Despite Nick’s trouble, Whitney always stood behind him and tried saving him, even though she couldn’t save herself.”
