Tom Cruise And Beyonce Together

HOLLYWOOD – Singer Beyonce’s supreme acting in the 2008 movie ‘Cadillac Records’ hasn’t gone unnoticed in tinsel town.

Now the superstar may be seen together on screen with Tom Cruise in the remake of the classic 1976 film “A Star Is Born” originally starring Barbara Streisand and Kris Kristofferson; at least if Hollywood great Clint Eastwood gets his wish.

According to Variety.com, Beyonce has already been chosen to act the female role in the new release but apparently, Warner Bros. is still looking for a male counter part. Allegedly, Mr. Eastwood who will direct the movie, has stated he wants Tom Cruise to play that role.

Negotiations between Cruise and WB haven’t begun yet, but the Mission Impossible actor said he’s open to the project.

Taping of the new release was scheduled for an earlier time but suffered delays because of Beyonce’s pregnancy and is now scheduled for autumn.
