HOLLYWOOD – Actress Megan Fox went from the girl next door look to a stunning beauty to an ugly duckling in less than 8 years.

At 18 Fox began on an elaborate facial ‘reconstruction’ surgery that left her looking ghost-like.

The actress reportedly has spent over $45,000 thus far on ‘improving’ her facial appearances and has cosmetic work done on her eyelids, jaw line, nose as well as received Botox injections in her lips and lasered her skin.

A friend of the actress said:

“When she lost her role in the movie Transformers, she got worried about her career and decided to ‘transform’ herself in what she finds beautiful. She looks completely different now and she is still looking for additional ways to optimize her facial appearance.”

Plastic surgeon Robert Guida estimates from looking at Megan Fox’ before and after surgery photos that the actress spent about $50K to have her looks altered.

“Too bad,” said Guida, “the surgeries are making her look older than she really is!”
