Flo Rida was ordered to pay more than $80,000 for failing to honor a concert commitment at the Fat As Butter music festival in Newcastle last October.

Lean said he remained out of pocket and slammed the star – whose real name is Tramar Dillard – for not apologizing to fans or the event team.

“That is something we found very disappointing which will never leave us so we would never work with him or his management team again,” Lean said.

Flo Rida was due to perform at the Fat as Butter music festival in Newcastle on October 11 but he pulled out at the last minute, citing “unforeseen circumstances”.

Lean launched a legal battle against the hip-hop star in a bid to recoup the firm’s lost funds, alleging the company splashed out $55,000 to guarantee the rap star’s appearance and seeking another $25,000 in damages.
