Lohan Gets Liz Taylor Gig After All

HOLLYWOOD – Aah the power of Hollywood. How nice it is having major cloud behind your back. After making a mockery of the legal system and traveling in and out one rehab center after another, Hollywood’s bad girl is yet once again given a chance at enormous stardom.

After months of negotiations, Lindsay Lohan has been awarded the title role in Hollywood’s up and coming movie about arguably one of Tinsel Town’s most glamorous residents.

Lindsay Lohan is set to star as none other than Elizabeth Taylor in the movie “Liz & Dick”, according to movie website Deadline.com.

The bio picture tells the story about the love/hate relationships between Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton; the only man Taylor loved enough to marry him twice.

Richard and Taylor met during the shooting of the movie ‘Cleopatra’, one of Taylor’s better known and more popular films.

Despite Lohan having had more run ins with the legal system than 10 people combined and despite the ‘mean girl’ actress saying she’s got her act together even though she was spotted twice in a brawl with a night club guest, earlier this month, the studios must see and believe enough in the fallen star to offer her this part.

News spread quickly after earlier negotiations with Lifetime, the producer of the bio picture, had failed to cement a deal for Lindsay Lohan.

According to Deadline.com, that is now no longer the case and a contract between the two has been signed.
