Brangelina Has Set A Wedding Date

PARIS – Brad and Angelina, who just recently got engaged, have made their wedding day official.

The couple plans to say ‘I Do’ on August 11 in Aix-en-Provence, France, where they own the Miraval get-away, near the town of Correns.

The celebration won’t be limited to Hollywood’s royalty getting married however. The festivities that day will commemorate Brad’s parents’, Bill and Jane, wedding, who will celebrate their 50th anniversary on August 11.

It was Angelina’s idea to coincide their wedding with Pitt’s parents’ golden jubilee.

“Angelina gets along well with Brad’s family. Her own mother died almost six years ago from cancer and she doesn’t have the best relationship with her dad (actor John Voight),” an insider of the Daily Star reported.

Angelina did reconcile with her dad recently but it is unclear at this time if he will lead her to the altar or her brother James instead.

About 250 guests will be invited to attend the ‘royal affair’ at Chateau Miraval. Some of the names on the list are Tom Cruise, Johnny Depp, Matt Damon and George Clooney.
