‘Rolling In The Deep’ Singer Is Pregnant

LONDON – British performer Adele and her friend Simon Konicki, have confirmed they are expecting their first child together.

“I am on cloud nine announcing to you that Simon and I are expecting our first child,” the singer posted on her site.

“I wanted to be the first to tell you. Of course we are in seventh heaven with the news. Respect our privacy please, Yours Always; Adele.”

Konicki made headlines earlier this year when it became public knowledge that he was still married while ‘dating’ Adele. Adele and Simon have always denied this and claim he has been divorced for over four years.

“This is the first and last time I give details about my relationship with Simon,” Adele responded to media claims her friend was still married at that time.

“Despite what media reports, Simon is divorced, for four years already. Everybody wishes us the best and the feeling is mutual. These are the facts.”

Adele and Simon also bought their first home together earlier this year in Sussex, U.K..

No word yet on when the singer will give birth.
