Lindsay Lohan Arrested After Hit And Run

NEW YORK – LiLo is back in legal trouble again. The bad girl was arrested in New York after a hit and run accident.

The incident took place late Tuesday night. According to TMZ.com, Lohan was driving very slow when she was parking her Porsche Cayenne in front of the Dream Hotel and hit a person in the knee.

One of Lohan’s companions, allegedly got out of the vehicle to inspect it for damage never bother with the 30 year old they hit. After verifying the car was OK, Lohan and her posse went inside the hotel.

Police were called in and when Lohan left the hotel at 2:30AM this morning, about 30 past after the accident had occurred, she was arrested.

Lohan was later released without the need for bail.

The victim, who had no visible injuries, was taken to a hospital as a precaution.

Even though this incident was only a small misdemeanor, it could have huge consequences for the actress.

She is still on probation for jewelry theft and her probation states she must adhere to and comply with all US laws.
