LONDON – The Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, is forced to auction off his art collection in order to divide his possessions with his ex-wife, Jo, quicker and easier.
The auction will be held on October 27th in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, by auction house Julien’s Auctions, and is expected to bring in more than $US300,000.
Items belonging to the Rolling Stones will be auctioned off as well, including a leather jacket and a special guitar.
Part of the collection was made by Wood himself and include portraits of Keith Richards, Eric Clapton and Bob Dylan.
65 year old Wood divorced his wife Jo in 2011 after being married for 24 years.
The couple owned the art collection together.
