Tom Cruise Turns Back On Scientology

HOLLYWOOD – Since Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes divorced, the ‘Mission Impossible’ actor has been less involved with Scientology.

Cruise, a known advocate for Scientology, which was invented by and based on a book written by L. Ron Hubbard between the 1940s to 1986, allegedly realizes the negative impact Scientology has had on his personal life, according to British paper ‘The Mirror’.

The divorce between Tom and Katie was partially motivated by Tom’s strict adherence to Scientology and his intent to allegedly indoctrinate his daughter Suri into the tightly knit society.

An insider claims that the actor wants to tear away from the church of Scientology all together, with the hope he can win his daughter Suri and Katie back.

Tom Cruise (50), reportedly has been ‘miserable’ since his divorce from Katie, to whom he was married for six years.

No one in the actor’s corner could be reached to confirm the rumor however.
