Celebrities Tweet About Hurricane Sandy

HOLLYWOOD – As news about hurricane Sandy begins to flood every media channel and the internet, stars got into the mix tweeting their thoughts about the super storm.

For some celebs their tweets were reminders to not forget our pets during this devastation. Others posted messages of hope and courage and a few more simply left ‘snazzy’ remarks.

“Red wine, a few smores and a good book is all I need to survive Sandy,” wrote Debra Messing.

Kelly Osbourne wrote she was concerned for her friends living at the East Coast and said she’s been glued to the TV all day.

Katherine McPhee tweeted the storm made a noise that sounded like her windows were about to shatter.

Other celebs who uttered their voice on twitter about the mega storm were Whoopi Goldberg, Katie Couric, Snooki and Chelsea Clinton, who said that for once she was happy that ‘mamma is in Algiers working on the Mali peace process’.
